1) Introduction

Revirent24 takes the user's privacy seriously and is committed to respecting it. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the personal data processing activities carried out by Revirent24 through the website revirent24.it (Site) and the related commitments made by the Company in this regard. Revirent24 may process the user's personal data when they visit the Site and use the services and features available on the Site. In the sections of the Site where the user's personal data is collected, a specific notice pursuant to Art. 13/15 of EU Reg. 2016/679 is normally published.
Where required by EU Reg. 2016/679, the user's consent will be requested before processing their personal data. If the user provides personal data of third parties, they must ensure that the communication of such data to Revirent24 and the subsequent processing for the purposes specified in the applicable privacy notice complies with EU Reg. 2016/679 and applicable regulations.

2) Types of data processed

Visiting and browsing the Site generally does not involve the collection and processing of the user's personal data, except for browsing data and cookies as specified below. In addition to so-called "browsing data" (see below), personal data voluntarily provided by the user when interacting with the Site's features or requesting to use the services offered on the Site may be processed. In compliance with the Privacy Code, Revirent24 may also collect the user's personal data from third parties in carrying out its activities.

3) Cookies and browsing data

In accordance with the measure issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) on 8 May 2014, concerning "Identification of simplified methods for providing information and obtaining consent for the use of cookies", Revirent24 wishes to inform the user as follows.

General information about cookies

When you access Revirent24 or use one of our services, our system may set or read cookies and/or other types of identifiers regarding the browser and/or device you are using.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the computer of whoever views a website, for the purpose of recording certain information related to the visit as well as creating a system to recognize the user on subsequent occasions. Device identifiers, on the other hand, are generated by collecting and processing certain information such as the IP address and/or user agent (browser version, operating system type and version) or other device characteristics, again in order to link certain information to a specific user.

A website can set a cookie on the browser only if the preferences configured for the latter allow it. It is important to know that a browser can allow a given website to access only and exclusively the cookies it has set, and not those set by other websites: there is no risk to your privacy in this regard.

Practices relating to cookies and other similar technologies

Revirent24 uses cookies or other types of identifiers for a number of reasons, including:

Carrying out statistical analysis (analytics) regarding the use of the site and/or the services incorporated in it. Conducting research to improve the content, products and services of Revirent24 or its partners.

Revirent24 does NOT directly use any profiling cookies: the only cookies generated and managed directly by Revirent are the so-called technical cookies (which are used only and exclusively to correctly provide the services offered to the public) and, to a very limited extent, analytics cookies (which are used to count the number of reads of the various pages of the site and/or for other statistical purposes). We inform users, however, that profiling cookies may be generated by third parties through our pages (see "Cookies from other companies").

Revirent24 integrates, within its pages, third-party services that may set and use their own cookies and/or similar technologies. The use of such cookies and similar technologies by these companies is governed by the privacy policies of said companies and not by this notice, as Revirent24 is entirely unrelated to the management of such tools and the processing of the data deriving from them.

Google Analytics Cookies

This site makes use of the service offered by Google Analytics in order to have a complete and reliable statistics service regarding the use of the site itself. In order to guarantee users' privacy as rigorously as possible, we inform you that we have proceeded to anonymize IP addresses (therefore Google Analytics will anonymize the user's/visitor's IP address as soon as this is technically possible at the furthest upstream point of the network where data collection takes place).

The Data Controller also informs you that it has accepted the Google Analytics Data Processing Amendment made available by Google Analytics in compliance with Directive 95/46/EC. In particular, by virtue of this amendment, Google guarantees that it will process personal data recorded through the service only within the limits of the instructions given by the site manager and will not share it with other Google services unless this has been explicitly requested and authorized by the site owner.

In light of the above, users are informed that the advertising and data-sharing options with Google have not been activated and that Google Analytics has not been linked to any additional service: processing is therefore carried out for purely statistical purposes and, based on what is explicitly provided for by the Data Protection Authority, Analytics cookies have been treated as technical cookies and as such installed without the user's prior consent.

Disabling cookies

You can configure your browser to accept or reject all cookies or particular types of cookies (for example third-party cookies), or you can choose to be notified whenever a cookie is set on your computer.

It is important to know that rejecting all cookies may prevent you from using Revirent24 products and services that require you to access, via username and password, areas reserved for registered users. 4) Storage of personal data

Personal data is stored and processed through computer systems owned by Revirent24 and managed by Revirent24 or by third-party technical service providers; for further details, please refer to the "Scope of accessibility of personal data" section below. The data is processed exclusively by specifically authorized personnel, including personnel in charge of carrying out extraordinary maintenance operations.

5) Purposes and methods of data processing

Revirent24 may process the user's common and sensitive personal data for the following purposes: use by users of services and features available on the Site, management of requests and reports from its users, sending of newsletters, management of applications received through the Site, etc.
Furthermore, with the user's additional and specific optional consent, Revirent24 may process personal data for marketing purposes, i.e. to send the user promotional material and/or commercial communications relating to the Company's services, at the contact details provided, either through traditional contact methods and/or means (such as paper mail, phone calls with an operator, etc.) or automated ones (such as communications via internet, fax, e-mail, sms, applications for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets -so-called APPS-, social network accounts -e.g. via Facebook or Twitter-, automated phone calls, etc.).
Personal data are processed both in paper and electronic form and entered into the company's information system in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679, including security and confidentiality aspects, and in accordance with the principles of fairness and lawfulness of processing. In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, the data is kept and stored until 25 May 2050.

6) Security and quality of personal data

Revirent24 is committed to protecting the security of the user's personal data and complies with the security provisions set out by the applicable regulations in order to avoid data loss, unlawful or illegitimate use of data and unauthorized access to it, with particular reference to the Technical Regulation on minimum security measures. Furthermore, the information systems and software used by Revirent24 are configured so as to minimize the use of personal and identifying data; such data is processed only to achieve the specific purposes pursued from time to time. Revirent24 uses multiple advanced security technologies and procedures designed to promote the protection of users' personal data; for example, personal data is stored on secure servers located in places with protected and controlled access. The user can help Revirent24 update and keep their personal data correct by communicating any change relating to their address, position, contact information, etc.

7) Scope of disclosure and access to data

The user's personal data may be disclosed to:

all entities to whom the right of access to such data is granted by virtue of regulatory provisions; to our collaborators and employees, within the scope of their respective duties; to all natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private, when disclosure is necessary or functional to carrying out our activities and in the manner and for the purposes described above;

8) Nature of the provision of personal data

The provision of certain personal data by the user is mandatory to allow the Company to manage communications and requests received from the user or to contact the user again in order to follow up on their request. This type of data is marked with an asterisk symbol [*] and in such cases provision is mandatory to allow the Company to follow up on the request, which, if not provided, cannot be fulfilled. On the contrary, the collection of other data not marked with an asterisk is optional: failure to provide it will have no consequence for the user.

The provision of personal data by the user for marketing purposes, as specified in the “Purposes and methods of processing” section, is optional and refusal to provide it will have no consequence. Consent given for marketing purposes is understood to extend to the sending of communications carried out through both automated and traditional contact methods and/or means, as exemplified above.

9) Rights of the data subject

9.1 Art. 15 (right of access), 16  (right of rectification) of EU Reg. 2016/679

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, and if so, to obtain access to the personal data and the following information:

a) the purposes of the processing;

b) the categories of personal data concerned;

c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations;

d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;

e) the existence of the right of the data subject to request from the data controller rectification or erasure of personal data, or restriction of processing of personal data concerning them, or to object to such processing;

f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

h) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.

9.2 Right referred to in Art. 17 of EU Reg. 2016/679 - right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the data controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:
a) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

b) the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1), or point (a) of Article 9(2), and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;

c) the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2);

d) the personal data have been unlawfully processed;

e) the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;

f) the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) of EU Regulation 2016/679

9.3 Right under Art. 18 Right to restriction of processing

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;

b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;

c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

d) the data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of EU Regulation 2016/679 pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

9.4 Right under Art. 20 Right to data portability

The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller

10) Withdrawal of consent to processing

The data subject has the option to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Revirent - Località Cardete, 12 - 06062 Città della Pieve PG, accompanied by a photocopy of their identity document, with the following text: <>. Upon completion of this process, your personal data will be removed from the archives as soon as possible.
